The Vermont Catamounts (4-4, 3-1 AE) close out the dual meet season with a road meet at Rhode Island. Â

The meet is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. at Tootell Aquatic Center in Kingston, Rhode Island.
SCOUTING THE RAMS
Rhode Island enters the weekend without a loss on the season. The Rams most recently took a 156-44 win over Wagner (Jan. 12). Notably, Rhode Island took a 141-140 win over UMass in November, the first win over the Minutewomen since 1980.

URI took first in the 2019 Harold Anderson Invitational, a meet the Catamounts placed third. Rhode Island has won their home invitational an impressive 13 straight seasons.

Rhode Island took a 175-125 win over the Catamounts last January at Forbush Natatorium.

WEEKEND SWEEP
Vermont returns to action after defeating both Siena (Jan. 11) and Binghamton (Jan. 12) last weekend. The Cats took a 191-100 win at Siena, winning 10 individual events and one relay.

On Sunday, the Catamounts claimed a 163-137 victory over America East foe Binghamton.

2020 AMERICA EAST CHAMPIONSHIPS
Vermont looks ahead to the 2020 America East Championships in just under a month. The four-day conference championship is slated to begin on Thursday, Feb. 13 at WPI in Worcester, Massachusetts.
