Frances O'Donnell scored for the Catamounts as they won their fourth straight America East contest defeating UAlbany 2-0 Thursday night. Senior goaltender
Lydia Kessel made five saves posting her fourth straight clean sheet win. With the win UVM improves to 7-5-1 this season and 4-2-0 in league play.

Kristi Huizenga said. "Lydia was solid again today and our backs did an excellent job containing UAlbany's forwards who are very quick. It was huge to get a goal in each half and I thought we did well to see out the game. We're looking forward to honoring a great senior class at home on Sunday."
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Alex West almost opened the scoring for the Catamounts in the 17th minute. She headed Natalie Durieux's corner kick past the UAlbany goaltender but the Great Danes Margot Nezaj cleared it off the line to keep it scoreless.
- In the 44th minute Green opened the scoring for the Catamounts with her first career goal. From 30 yards out she powered a shot in the near top corner to give UVM the lead. O'Donnell made it points in three straight games for her with an assist on the tally.
- O'Donnell doubled the Vermont lead in the 65th minute with another Catamount strike from distance. From the bench side of the field she laced a shot into the top right corner with a shot from about 22 yards out. First year Bailey Ayer earned her third assist of the season on the goal.
