COACH'S QUOTE
"All six athletes put forth great efforts over the two days of competition," said assistant coach
Kasey Hill. "It was
Jackson Baker's first decathlon and he had a standout debut and No. 10 all-time performance by a UVM man. Likewise, it was the first heptathlon contested by either women, and
Lauren Triarsi had the No. 7 all-time performance by a UVM woman. The athletes battled hard through adversity and I'm proud of the mental fortitude they displayed. We will be focusing on fine tuning some technical events as we look ahead to the America East Championships.
