COACH'S QUOTE
"Highlights of the day were certainly Sonia's school record in the 400 and
Zane Russom's big PR in the javelin to get fourth," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "
Marina Cannon finished her career with another outstanding performance to get the bronze.
Ian Denis ran a nice PR in the 10K and hung tough to get fourth. Pretty good opening day for the decathletes and Lauren in the heptathlon. Looking forward to getting some big team points tomorrow."
