BOSTON – A pair of Catamounts on the 12th-ranked men's soccer team received America East weekly awards on Monday (Oct. 17).
Nate Silveira was named Defensive Player of the Week and
Noe Coutiño was named Rookie of the Week by the league.

Silveira receives his second America East Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season, leading the Catamounts to a 2-0 week. The East Providence, R.I. native earned two clean sheets in the victories, recording four saves against UMass and two saves against NJIT.
Coutiño registered his first collegiate point in the 3-0 victory over UMass to earn his first career weekly award. The first year logged an assist on a goal by
Jacob Vitale in the 71st minute and added a shot to his stat line.
Silveira, Coutiño, and the Catamounts return to action on Tuesday (Oct. 18) when they host Dartmouth at Virtue Field. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. and will broadcast live on ESPN+. Tickets for the non-conference matchup are available at
