BURLINGTON, Vt. – The University of Vermont Athletic Department has announced the promotional schedule for the 2022-2023 women's basketball season. The promotions will take place at home games, located at Patrick Gymnasium. The schedule includes a variety of exciting promotions and ticket discounts.
The Catamounts will open their season on Friday, November 4, at 6 p.m. to host nearby school, Saint Michael's College for a scrimmage. Catamount Country and the Windjammer encourage all fans to bring in non-perishable food items to benefit the South Burlington Food Shelf. For every non-perishable food item, or cash donation, fan's will be entered for chance to win a gift card to the Windjammer with two winners being selected at halftime.
Right after Veterans Day, Vermont will formally make their debut on Tuesday, November 15, at 6 p.m. and kickoff the season to host AIC. All active or retired military personnel can receive a complimentary ticket to the game with a valid Military ID and all players will be wearing special edition military appreciation jerseys that will be auctioned off online starting at tip off.
Later in the week, Vermont will square off against Delaware on Friday, November 18, at 6 p.m. for Poster Day. Stick around after the game to receive a team poster and receive autographs from the team and coaching staff.
The annual TD Bank Classic will commence on Saturday, November 26, at 12 p.m. as the Cats take on Stonehill. Depending on the results of the game, Vermont will either play in the consolation game at 12 p.m. or in the championship game at 3 p.m. the following day against Sienna or Oakland.
Sunday's matinee game at 2 p.m. on December 4, against Marist, will be Youth Day presented by Healthy Living. All kids 12 and younger will receive a complimentary ticket at the box office upon arrival to Patrick Gymnasium.
The annual Catamount Classroom game is back! Vermont will host UMass Lowell on Wednesday, January 11, at 11 a.m. for a matinee matchup. All kids 12 and younger will receive a complimentary ticket at the box office upon arrival to Patrick Gymnasium.

Join us for the Rally Against Cancer game presented by Mascoma Bank as the Cats take on NJIT on Saturday, February 18, at 2 p.m. All players will be wearing special edition jerseys that will be auctioned off online starting at tipoff with all proceeds supporting the University of Vermont Cancer Center. We encourage all fans to wear lavender to this game, as lavender is the universal cancer awareness color.
The women will close out the regular season at home on Saturday, February 25, at 4 p.m. against Bryant. Prior to the start of the game, in conjunction with the Alumni Association, the Athletic Department will recognize all graduating seniors at center court.
