RALLY AGAINST CANCER | Jersey Auction
The Catamounts will be wearing special edition Rally Against Cancer jerseys that will be auctioned off online at uvmathletics.com/auctions starting at tip off. Proceeds will benefit the University of Vermont Cancer Center. Fans are encouraged to wear lavender to the game, as it is the universal cancer awareness color.

SCOUTING THE RETRIEVERS
UMBC enters Saturday's game ranked No. 2 in the America East standings after beating Stony Brook 95-84 on Wednesday night. The victory against the Seawolves snapped a two-game skid for the Retrievers who have earned wins in three of their last five games. Keondre Kennedy leads the UMBC attack with a 14.8 scoring average. Darnell Rogers (11.0 ppg) and L.J. Owens (10.9 ppg) also average double figures for the Retrievers. Rogers has averaged 4.4 assists per game in league play, which ranks No. 1 in America East.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts and Retrievers meet for the 47th time in series history. Vermont has a 37-9 all-time record against UMBC, but a 3-2 record in the last five meetings. The recent conference rivals have split the last 10 matchups, which includes back-to-back America East Championship Games in 2018 (L, 65-62) and 2019 (W, 66-49). Vermont took an 86-69 victory at UMBC earlier this season. Ryan Davis and Finn Sullivan led the Catamounts in the road win with 21 points and 20 points, respectively.

AMERICA EAST REGULAR SEASON TITLE
Vermont became the first team in the country to clinch a No. 1 seed in the conference tournament, securing the America East Regular Season Title on Wednesday night at New Hampshire. UVM has clinched at least a share of the title in six-straight seasons – the second-longest streak in the country.

JB 250
Cioffi Men's Basketball Head Coach John Becker notched his 250th win at Vermont in the victory at UNH. Becker ranks No. 3 on the program's all-time wins list behind Tom Brennan (264) and John "Fuzzy" Evans (260).
