SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS
UMass Lowell has a 1-4 mark in its last five games, with its win coming against Wofford (W, 25-3) on Mar. 9. The River Hawks fell to Quinnipiac 15-11 in their most recent appearance on Mar. 12. Emily Stratton leads UMass Lowell with 19 points on 14 goals and five assists. Molly Shaw has a team-high 16 goals. Izzy Liqouri was named to the All-Conference Second Team a season ago, and has 15 goals and two assists this season.

The Catamounts own a 5-2 all-time record against UMass Lowell, dating back to their first meeting in 2015. UVM swept the River Hawks last season with a 17-11 victory in Lowell, and a 12-10 win at Virtue Field.

Dani Paterno (4 goals) led the UVM attack in the Cats' last trip to Cushing Field. Vasile added four points in Vermont's senior night victory to cap off the home slate later last season.

Taylor Mullen tallied a career-high seven points in Vermont's 16-11 victory over Manhattan on Monday at Virtue Field. The senior netted a career-high four goals and added three assists to lead the Catamounts. The seven-point output was the most by a Catamount since
Grace Giancola registered seven against Binghamton on Mar. 20, 2021.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sophie McLaughlin was named America East Defensive Player of the Week prior to Monday's game, after posting a seven-save performance at Marist. The UVM goalkeeper posted a .583 save percentage as the Catamounts routed the Red Foxes in a 16-5 victory.

CAUSED TURNOVER CREW
Vermont leads the nation in caused turnovers per game, averaging 14.71 through seven games. Defender
Carolyn Carrera has averaged 3.29 caused turnovers per game, which is the highest mark in Division I. Carrera registered seven caused turnovers in the 16-11 win over Manhattan, which is the highest-single game total in the country this season.
Ava Vasile also ranks in the nation's top 10 in caused turnovers, averaging 2.00 per game.
