BURLINGTON, Vt. – Women's soccer sophomore
Bailey Ayer, an Animal Science major, is our TD Bank Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending September 11.
Ayer had a goal and an assist Sunday afternoon as the Catamounts defeated Stonehill 4-0 in the first-ever meeting between the two teams. It was Ayer's first three-point game of her career. In her career, the Catamounts are 5-1-0 when she records a point.
Vermont women's soccer (3-3-0) returns to Virtue Field on Wednesday for their annual Rally Against Cancer game presented by Mascoma Bank. Vermont will host Dartmouth (4-1-1) on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN +.
