After a weekend sweep of New Hampshire, the Catamounts head back on the road for a single game matchup against Holy Cross. The teams will face off Friday at 6 p.m. in Worcester, Ma. All the action will be streamed live on ESPN+.

For the fifth consecutive week, the Catamounts retain their No. 12 position in the USCHO poll. In the USA Today/USA Hockey poll, UVM also maintains its 12th rank for the fourth consecutive week.Â

NATÁLIE MLÝNKOVÁ NAMED HOCKEY EAST PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Natálie Mlýnková secured her second career hat-trick in the Catamounts' 6-3 triumph over New Hampshire on Friday. She continued to shine by contributing an additional goal and assisting in the game-winning goal on Saturday, securing a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory to sweep the Wildcats.

Following this impressive weekend performance, Mlýnková has climbed to the top of the conference scoring charts, sharing the lead with five goals, and she also leads the conference in total points with an impressive tally of seven.
PRECISION PUCKSÂ
With a shooting percentage of 15.6%, Vermont is tops in all of Division I. Despite being outshot by 45 shots, the Cats have maximized their opportunities, scoring 26 goals on just 167 shots.Â

DEFENSIVE STOPPERS
The Catamounts are averaging an impressive 16.38 blocks per game, ranking second in all of Division I hockey. Vermont is tied for second in the conference on the penalty kill, managing an efficient 89.5% success rate, while allowing a conference-best two power play goals.

CZECH CAPTAIN IS BACK FOR MOREÂ
Senior captain Mlýnková is the top returning scorer in Hockey East this season. She set new career highs in goals (23), assists (19) and points (42) last year.Â

OFFENSIVE TOUCH KEY TO HISTORIC CAMPAIGNSÂ
Vermont scored over 100 goals in each of the last two years for the first time in program history on their way to back-to-back second place finishes in Hockey East with a program record of 22 wins in each campaign. Vermont returns 56.1% of its scoring from a year ago.Â

SCOUTING THE CRUSADERS
Holy Cross comes into Friday's match with a season record of 2-5-1. In their most recent games, the Crusaders had a weekend split against 13th-ranked Northeastern. They secured a thrilling 1-0 overtime victory on Friday but unfortunately fell 4-2 on Saturday. In the upset victory, it was sophomore forward Alexis Perry who delivered the game-winning goal. Madison Beck received recognition as Hockey East Goaltender of the Week, posting 40 saves on Friday and 33 saves on Saturday.

Perry leads Holy Cross in goal-scoring this season, having netted four goals, and is tied with Millie Sirum for the most points, both accumulating six. Beck has been a standout goaltender for the Crusaders, boasting an impressive .944 save percentage and allowing just 1.78 goals per game.

SERIES HISTORYÂ
Vermont and Holy Cross are set to meet for the 16th time this Friday, with the Catamounts currently leading the all-time series 11-3-1.
