DARTMOUTH INVITE
HANOVER, N.H – The Catamounts traveled down to Dartmouth for their second meet of the week and came away with more successful performances.
Jake Bair paced the men's team to victory, winning the 400 meters and placing second in the 200 meters.
Bridget Kosky and
Ryleigh Garrow each had ten points to lead the scoring for the women's team, which finished second to Dartmouth with 121 points.Â

"Our teams competed hard today. It's wonderful that the men's efforts produced a victory, but I'm especially impressed with the determination both teams showed all day long," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "Our athletes are competing with poise and responding well to instruction. The end of the semester brings stressful times and health can be compromised, so I'm happy with what was accomplished today."Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Vermont men finished with 125 points, defeating Dartmouth and Williams.
- The 125 points come from six different Catamounts winning their competitions and victory in the 4x400 meter relay.
- The six winners were Bair, Kevin Mills, Knute Linehan, Sawyer Beck, Finn Patenaude, and Dillon Jensen.Â
- Other top finishes included two second place finishes for Jake Voynar and a second-place finish for Kenneth Morrissey.Â
- On the women's side, the Catamounts had four individual winners and a victory in the 4x800-meter relay.
- Ryleigh Garrow, Rachel Barba, Grace McNally, and Lily Porth were all victorious in the events.Â
- Kosky was a top scorer, finishing second in the triple jump and long jump.Â
UP NEXT
 The Catamounts return to action in January when they travel to Middlebury for the first of three meets this season on January 13th.Â
