COACH'S QUOTE
"Pretty good first day for us," head coach
Matt Belfield said. "Celebrating a champion is always exciting. Lauren did a wonderful job of managing her pentathlon today, starting with a great hurdle race. Jane added another All-Conference performance to her resume and finished that 5K with a crazy fast last lap. Our pole vaulters both had exclellent days scoring points with their best heights of the season. I'm very happy for Carson and Payton. Expecting more good things tomorrow."
