20-WIN MARK
Vermont secured its 20th victory of the season Thursday against New Hampshire (W, 70-54). The Catamounts have reached the 20-win mark for the 15th-straight full season. Only two other schools have reached the 20-win mark in each of the previous 14 full seasons: Gonzaga and Kansas, who are each one win away from 20 on the season. Since the start of the millennium, UVM has reached the 20-win mark in 20 seasons.

MILESTONE NIGHT AT PATRICK GYM
Cioffi Men's Basketball Head Coach John Becker and graduate student
Aaron Deloney each achieved personal milestones in Thursday's victory over UNH. Becker earned his 300th victory as the Vermont bench boss, becoming just the third head coach in University history to record 300 wins at the school. Deloney scored a season-high 28 points and past the 1,000-point milestone with in the second half of the win. The Portland, Ore. native is the 45th player to reach the milestone in a Catamount uniform.

SCOUTING THE BLACK BEARS
Maine enters Saturday's contest sixth in the America East standings after suffering a 77-72 loss at Bryant on Thursday night. The bottom four teams are tied with three victories in league play, but the Black Bears are a half a game up on a three-way tie for seventh place. Maine is 1-4 in its last five games with its lone victory coming at home against Bryant (W, 79-72) on Feb. 3. Peter Filipovity leads the Black Bears' offense, averaging 13.9 points and 7.6 rebounds in league play. The senior ranks third in conference play in field goal percentage (57.8%). Defensively, Kellen Tynes leads America East play with 3.1 steals per game. Maine has been one of the better defensive teams in the league, allowing 68.7 points per game, which is second behind the Catamounts (60.4).
INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont and Maine meet for the 152nd time in series history with the Catamounts holding an 82-70 advantage in the series. UVM has won 27 straight meetings dating back to Jan. 22, 2013. The Cats defeated the Black Bears 65-58 in their conference opener at Patrick Gym on Jan. 6.

The Catamounts have accrued a 92-51 record on the road over the last 10 seasons, and have the fourth-highest winning percentage (.643) in the country during that stretch behind. Only Gonzaga (.882), Saint Mary's (.708) and Virginia (.670) are ahead of the Cats.

UVM has boasted a league-best 60.4 scoring defense through 11 games in America East play. Nationally, Only Saint Mary's has allowed fewer points per game (56.7) in conference play this season.

DEFENSIVE REBOUNDING
Vermont ranks fourth in the nation in defensive rebounding percentage (77.3%). UVM has cleaned up 91.1% of its defensive rebounds over the last three games. The Cats have ranked in the nation's top 20 in defensive rebounding percentage in each of the last seven seasons.
