BURLINGTON, Vt. – After capturing its third straight America East Championship and earning the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, the Vermont men's basketball team will face No. 4 Duke (24-8, 15-2 ACC) in the First Round in Brooklyn, N.Y. The Blue Devils finished second in the ACC regular season and were ranked No. 11 in the most recent AP Top 25 poll.

The Catamounts and Blue Devils will meet for the fourth time in series history on Friday (Mar. 22). The opening tip is set for 7:10 p.m. ET at the Barclays Center. The game will broadcast nationally on CBS with Ian Eagle, Bill Raftery, Grant Hill, and Tracy Wolfson on the call.
Fans can request tickets for the first round of the NCAA Tournament at
go.uvm.edu/ncaa. The deadline to submit a request is 9 a.m. ET on Monday (Mar. 18).
Vermont carries a 28-6 record into the Big Dance, tied for the second-most wins in program history. The Catamounts own the nation's fourth longest active win streak (10) in the country. UVM defeated No. 2 UMass Lowell 66-61 in the conference title game on Saturday at Patrick Gym.
