COACH'S QUOTE
"It's great to be back competing after a four week hiatus. Several performances stood out today, highlighted by Izzy Fryer's big win in the 3K and MegAnne's 1K victory," said head coach Matt Belfield. "I was also impressed with rookie Kyle Hoffman's 500 performance, along with Sofia's PR in that same distance.  It was nice to see senior Knute Linehan break through in the long jump — he has worked so hard to get to that level after a challenging start to his UVM career.  James and Kenny ran well in the 1K and we see the promise in our younger distance men also.  It is also important to not overlook the consistent excellence of Alex Siaton. He was very strong in both of his events today.  Overall, I see great effort and team support, looking forward to seeing us get better every week this season."
