QUOTE
"What a wonderful conclusion to Emma's extraordinary career as a Vermont Catamount," said Head Coach
Matt Belfield. "While she was hoping for more tonight, she competed with poise and grace. Emma outperformed her seeding again and being 20th in the nation is a tremendous accomplishment. She told me she was proud of what she has done here at UVM, and I'm just simply so happy for her. Overcoming elbow surgery and all the challenges that come with being a serious graduate student— it's been so fantastic to have her in our program, in our department, and at our university. And again, thanks to all who have supported us this post-season. Special mention to
Sarah Truax in the main office for taking such good care of our travel. Go Cats!"
