BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont (0-3-1) will finish their three-game road trip with a match against Stonehill (0-2-2) on Sunday, August 30 in Easton, Mass. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on NEC Front Row.

VERMONT OUTLOOK 

• The Catamounts faced Stonehill last year at Virtue Field. Vermont won that match 2-0 with goals from Lauren DeGroot and Sydney Remington.  

• This will be Stonehill's fifth game of the 2026 season. The Skyhawks are 0-2-2 and are coming off a 2025 campaign in which they finished 6-8-4.  

• Stonehill was picked to finish 5th in the NEC preseason poll.  

• Vermont ranks 24th in the country in saves per game (6.75). Sophia Kling is 3rd  in the America East in saves per game (4.75). Kling leads the Catamounts with 19 saves on the season. 

• Vermont was picked to finish third in the America East 2026 Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll.  

• Catamounts welcome eight newcomers to their 2026 roster: Kendra Ivaska, Juliette Perreault, Reese Kingsbury, Rosie Angelone, Shaan Sandhu, Eleni Stowell, Kate Hawley, and Éléonore Blouin.
