BURLINGTON, Vt. – The University of Vermont Athletic Department has announced the promotional schedule for the 2016 men's lacrosse season.

Join the Catamounts on Saturday, Feb. 27 at their home opener at Virtue Field for team poster day, presented by the UPS Store Downtown following their game against Providence at 1 p.m. The first 200 fans will receive a team poster and the Catamounts will be available following the game for autographs.

On Saturday, March 26, Vermont will face UMass Lowell at 1 p.m. Student-athletes on the men's lacrosse team will have the opportunity to invite one faculty or staff member to the game to receive free admission as part of our Student-Athlete Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day. Please RSVP to Will Hurd at whurd@uvm.edu to be placed on the complimentary ticket list.

High school lacrosse teams are invited to attend the men's lacrosse team's first home game under the lights at Virtue Field on Tuesday, March 29 when it takes on Dartmouth at 6 p.m. Teams can reach out to whurd@uvm.edu to be placed on the complimentary ticket list.

Campers from the Curtis Lacrosse Camp this past summer are welcome back to campus for Camper Reunion Day when Vermont takes on UMBC on Saturday, April 16 at 1 p.m. Kids are encouraged to stick around after the game for a post-game pass and catch with the men's lacrosse team on Virtue Field.

Saturday, April 30 marks the last home regular season game for the Catamounts, as the graduating seniors on the team will be recognized in a pre-game ceremony. It will also be the Rally Against Cancer game presented by Otter Creek Awnings and Vermont Custom Closets. The team will be wearing pink apparel in support of breast cancer research and the efforts being made at the University of Vermont Cancer Center.

We are inviting all youth lacrosse players 12 and under to attend the game for free by e-mailing whurd@uvm.edu to be placed on the complimentary ticket list. Fans are encouraged to join us for the women's lacrosse game at 3 p.m. and stick around for food and prizes between games as part of Fan Appreciation Day.

Fans attending Vermont men's lacrosse games this season are encouraged to sign up for the Cat Pride Club, the free rewards program of the Vermont Athletic Department. For every event attended, fans earn points towards free rewards. Stop by the promotions table at any home game to sign up.
