The University of Vermont women's hockey team (8-9-1, 1-7-0 HEA) hosts Dartmouth (4-6-1, 2-4-1 ECAC) Sunday night at 7 p.m. in the Catamounts final game of 2014.

PELKEY AND COLANG LEAD CATAMOUNTS IN SCORING
Forwards Amanda Pelkey and Dayna Colang are tied for the team lead in scoring with 17 points. Both of them have registered eight goals and nine assists. The Catamounts are 5-1-0 this season when one of them scores.

STRONG START AS A CATAMOUNT FOR DROBOT
Freshman defenseman Amanda Drobot has had strong offensive start for Vermont this season. She has a goal and eight assists for nine points. Her lone goal was the game-winner at Syracuse on November 15. She is tied for sixth in scoring amongst all Hockey East defensemen.

QUICK STARTS KEY FOR VERMONT
The Catamounts are 6-2-1 when they score first this season. They are also 4-0-0 this season when leading after the first and second period. Vermont is an even 4-4-1 when they are tied after the first and second period.

ZUBACK SCORING IN BUNCHES
Senior forward Brittany Zuback is tied for 10th in the NCAA with 11 goals. She is also tied for third in the NCAA with five power play goals. In November she set a new program record with an eight-game goal-scoring streak. She scored two game-winning goals over the eight-game stretch.

CATAMOUNTS IN THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT
Vermont is 4-1-3 in its last eight games in the month of December. Under Coach Plumer the Catamounts are 3-1-1 during the last three seasons. Last year Vermont tied Colgate 1-1 on the road and then defeated Dartmouth for the first time in program history.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Dartmouth: The Big Green are coming off a 6-1 loss to No. 1 Boston College Wednesday night in Hanover. Dartmouth started the season off with four straight wins but enter Sunday's contest with a seven-game winless streak. They are 0-6-1 since a 5-1 win over St. Lawrence on November 8.

Junior forward Laura Stacey leads Dartmouth in scoring with five goals and eight assists for 13 points in 11 games this season.

Sophomore goaltender Robyn Chemago has been in net for all 11 Big Green games this season. She has a .892 save percentage and a 2.90 goals-against average.

Dartmouth is 1-2-0 this season against Hockey East teams. They defeated UNH 6-2 at home and dropped games to the league's two ranked teams Boston U and Boston College.

Last season Amanda Pelkey scored with 1:06 left in overtime as the Catamounts defeated Dartmouth 1-0 on the road for the program's first-ever varsity win over the Big Green.

I89 RIVALRY IN MANY SPORTS
The Catamounts are 1-2-0 this season as a department against Dartmouth.
