The lead ballooned to 20 when Ward drilled one of his three trifectas and then Urquhart rocked the rim with a two-handed jam plus a foul to stretch the lead to 23. After not scoring in the first half, Sinnickson scored all 11 of his points in the final 10:19 and buried a trio of long balls.
About Northeastern: • Picked to finish third in the Colonial Athletic Association, Northeastern is fresh off a trip to the NCAA Tournament where it nearly upset Notre Dame in the second round. The Huskies are coming off a 78-58 loss to #1 Michigan State on Saturday. David Walker led the way for NU with 13 points and eight assists while Zach Stahl finished with a game-high 18 points. Northeastern led for a good portion of the first half before the top-ranked Spartans pulled away. Walker leads the Huskies scoring 20.7 points per game while Quincy Ford has scored in double figures in every game so far this season. Northeastern has several wins against quality opponents already this year knocking off the likes of Harvard, Stony Brook and the nationally ranked Miami Hurricanes. The Huskies have also only lost once at home. In his tenth season, Bill Coen is 152-149 and has won a pair of CAA Regular Season Titles.
Series History: The all-time series between Vermont and Northeastern dates back to 1921 and NU has the edge in head-to-head matchups, 41-28. Vermont has won six of the last seven and 13 of the last 16 overall and hasn't lost to Northeastern in Boston since February of 2003.

O'Day went 7-for-11 from the field and added four rebounds and three blocks. Candon Rusin (15 points), Trey Blue (10 points) and Clancy Rugg (10 points) also reached double figures for the Catamounts. This was just the second meeting between the two schools since Northeastern left the America East to join the Colonial Athletic Association after the 2005 season.

Fisher made 11 total field goals in Saturday's game, which is the fewest for a UVM opponent in the last 55 years (modern era, after 1960). It is also the fewest since the Cats limited Hartford to just 13 field goals in a win in West Hartford last season.
