COACH'S QUOTE
"It's very exciting to be getting back to indoor track & field competition, after last years' cancelation," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "We have a nice mix of veterans and newcomers poised to make significant contributions to our team effort. After a fall semester with our folks going in different directions – many competing on the cross country teams while others focused on preparation for sprinting, jumping, hurdling and throwing – it is now the entire group's task to come together in the formation of a cohesive unit. I like the commitment to the team that our newly elected captains have shown; and I see the masses on board with the notion that the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts."
