SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
Merrimack opened league play securing just one point in six contests against Northeastern, UConn and Boston College. Since then the Warriors are 4-2-0 in league sweeping a home-and-home with Holy Cross and splitting series with BU and New Hampshire.

Sophomore defenseman Hayley Chang was named Hockey East Defender of the Week by the league on Monday. Chang scored twice in the Warriors 5-4 win over UNH last Saturday. She notched the game-winner 59 seconds into overtime.
