COACH'S QUOTE
"Coming down to George Mason was a good experience for this group," head coach
Matt Belfield said. "We had some great performances and learned some lessons on how to handle big meets on long trips. I thought Bill ran a really good 800 for early April, and Alex's 200 was solid given the unusually chilly weather down here. Three of our women in the 1500 had significant PRs and Kenny and Davis closed well in their 1500s to go 1-2 in their section. Lauren continues to hurdle really well and she's ready to put together a good heptathlon.
Mia Grasso ran an excellent opener in the 400-meter hurdles and Sophie and Nejla ran well there too."
