BURLINGTON, Vt. – The Vermont men's soccer program has announced its full 17-game schedule for the 2022 season. The Catamounts will play 10 regular season home games at Virtue Field – their most since the facility's opening in 2012.

- UVM's 10 home games consist of six non-conference matchups, and four against America East foes.
- Vermont will open the regular season on the road at Merrimack on Aug. 25. The Catamounts will then host Quinnipiac on Aug. 30 for the home opener at Virtue Field. The opening draw is set for 7 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase at UVMathletics.com/Tickets or by visiting the Gutterson Fieldhouse Box Office on gameday.
- The Cats will host the ACC's Syracuse on Sep. 2, under the lights at Virtue Field. Kickoff for the non-conference clash is slated for 7 p.m.
- Vermont will head back on the road on Sep. 5 for a trip to Princeton. The Catamounts earned a 2-0 victory over the Tigers a season ago. Princeton is one of two NCAA Tournament teams that Vermont will face this season.
- UVM's non-conference home games also include Harvard (Sep. 10), UC Irvine (Sep. 18), UMass (Sep. 27), and Dartmouth (Oct. 18).
- The Catamounts will begin America East play at home against Binghamton on Sep. 24. UVM will also host conference newcomer Bryant (Oct. 8), as well as recent foe NJIT in an America East Semifinal rematch on Oct. 15.
- Vermont will cap off the regular season home slate against New Hampshire on Oct. 28. The Catamounts and Wildcats will meet for the first time since clinching the America East Championship in 2021. The matchup will also be Senior Night, presented by the UVM Alumni Association.
The Catamounts will look to defend their conference title, led by reigning America East Goalkeeper of the Year,
Nate Silveira and DC United draft pick,
Alex Nagy. UVM returns eight of its nine all-league members from a season ago.
