COACH'S QUOTE
"Today's victories were the accumulation of a lot of really performances across all the event areas," said head coach Matt Belfield. "We weren't necessarily really sharp coming off the five-week break, but the work that our athletes did over break was evident. Alex and Lily getting two wins each with very fast times were certainly highlights for the day. Looking forward to the consistency of training together again for the next several weeks as we begin our push toward championship season."Â
