2025 Roster
  • Vermont kicks off the regular season on the road in Syracuse, N.Y., on Feb. 7 against the Orange. It will be the fourth all-time matchup between the two teams, who have played straight for the last three years.
  • The Cats will then host Manhattan and Utah in their first two home games this season. Vermont split its games against these teams last year. They defeated Manhattan 12-9 but lost to Utah.
  • The Catamounts then will make the short trip down I-89 to take on Dartmouth on Feb. 28.
  • Vermont will host UMass in their final home non-conference game of the season on Mar. 8. The Catamounts defeated the Minutemen last year, 13-12, for the program's first win over UMass and second-ever win over a ranked non-conference team.
  • Vermont begins conference play the following weekend, on Mar. 15, when it travels to UMBC for the first time since the 2023 regular season.
  • The Catamounts then host Bryant and travel to NJIT to wrap up the March portion of the schedule.
  • Vermont will wrap up non-conference play on Apr. 5 when it travels to Princeton to face the Tigers for the first time in program history.
  • The Catamounts will host UAlbany and then UMass Lowell the following weekends to wrap up the home schedule.
  • Vermont will finish the regular season by traveling to Vestal, NY, to take on Binghamton.

Vermont Men's Lacrosse, which began in 1978, will have its 48th season in the spring of 2025.
