COACH'S QUOTE
"Our day could have been better today for sure, but we did see some really good performances. I thought Kayla and Carolena made some good improvements in the HJ and LJ respectively," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "Alina and Cara had good finishes in the steeple with a lot of room for improvement still.
Carolyn Doyle ran a smooth race in the 800m and looked as strong as she had all year and good 5Ks for the women with a PR for
Shawn Laverty. We'll get some sleep and get after it tomorrow."Â
