DURHAM, N.H. – Vermont track and field finished the weekend strong with two third-place finishes in the Jim Boulanger Invitational. The Catamount men finished with 47 points, while the women finished with 49.Â

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sadie Holmes won the 1500 with a time of 4:56.48.Â
- Jacob Tremblay won the 3000 with a time of 8:51.76.Â
- Jackson Baker was second in the javelin with a throw of 32.98 meters and was 10th in the discus, throwing it 26.66 meters. Baker also placed ninth in the shot put with a mark of 9.99 meters.Â
- Adriana Rodriguez placed second in the discus with a throw of 38.67 meters and 10th in the hammer with a throw of 32.67 meters.Â
- Morgan Ryan was second in the pole vault with a vault of 3.05 meters.Â
- Ava Buske earned third in the pole vault with a vault of 3.05 meters.
- Jacob Schindler pole vaulted 4.10 meters to finish third.Â
- Lucas Pyrro ran 9:07.58 to finish third in the 3000.Â
- Maggie Sorrentino placed third in the 3000 with a time of 11:13.53.Â
- Amelia Baylor and Madison O'Brien tied for fourth in the pole vault with vaults of 2.90 meters.Â
- Jonathan Hills ran 2:02.46 in the 800 to finish fourth.Â
- Ethan Boutin placed fourth in the 3000 with a time of 9:13.39.Â
- Erin Geib finished fifth in the discus with a throw of 31.43 meters and ninth in the hammer with a throw of 37.61 meters.Â
- Quinn Priscoe earned fifth in the long jump with a jump of 6.24 meters.Â
- Sawyer Beck ran 52.52 in the 400 to finish fifth.Â
- Andrew Taborsak finished fifth in the 800 with a time of 2:07.30 and eighth in the 1500 with a time of 4:13.89.Â
