KINGSTON, R.I. – Vermont won its fifth straight Harold Anderson Invitational Sunday fueled by four event wins. The Catamounts finished the four-day invite at the Tootell Aquatic Center with 865 points, 139 ahead of their America East rival New Hampshire who placed second.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Amy Kenworthy started the final day of competition with a bang Sunday, she won the 1650 Free in a time of 16:54.67 which set a pool, meet and UVM first year record.
- In the morning prelims Natalie Schick set a new meet record in a time of 2:00.18 in the 200 Back. In the finals she bettered her own mark winning the event with a time of 1:59.59. Her teammate Jocelyn LeGere finished second with a time of 2:02.69.
- In the 200 Breast Natalie Schlemmer placed second with a time of 2:18.43.
- Lauren Clark rounded out the Catamounts individual wins with a 200 Fly triumph in a time of 2:01.72.
- In the 400 Free Relay to close out the competition Vermont's combo of Anastazja Szukala, Michaela Grace Miller, Izzy Macheel and Katie Lester won the day with a pool and meet record time of 3:27.07. The Catamounts finished .15 faster than UNH.
WHO'S NEXT
Select Catamounts who qualified will represent Vermont at the 2025 CSCAA Open Water Championships in Sarasota, Florida on Saturday, December 13. The women's 5k race is slated for 10:30 a.m.
