PARK CITY, UT. – Felix Lindenmayer,
Oskar Gillberg, and
Cydnie Timmermann all earned Second Team All-American honors in the slalom on Friday afternoon as Vermont alpine skiing concluded the alpine portion of the 2026 NCAA Championships from the Spencer F. Eccles Olympic Mountain Center. After three days of competition, UVM sits in seventh place with 213 total points. Colorado regained the overall lead with 415 points, but their margin over host school Utah is just 6.5 entering Saturday's final day of competition.

The men's slalom saw UVM finish with the third most points out of the field, garnering 63 total points, seeing all three skiers finish within the top 12. Lindenmayer secured an eighth-place finish racing a two-run time of 1:35.26, earning his first career All-American honor in his first career NCAA Championships appearance. Gillberg also collected his first career All-American honor in his first career NCAA Championships appearance, rounding out the top 10 in 10th with a two-run time of 1:35.68.
Magnus Berge Styren placed 12th with a two-run time of 1:35.94, just .26 away from earning a Second Team All-American honor. Dartmouth's Oscar Zimmer won the national title with a two-run time of 1:33.77.
On the women's side of the slopes racing the slalom, Timmermann skied to eighth place with a two-run time of 1:36.81, securing her first career All-American honor in her third NCAA Championships appearance. Timmermann's first run time was the ninth fastest in the field with a time of 46.82.
Kendahl Roufa finished in 16th place racing a two-run time of 1:38.22, securing 15 points toward UVM's team total.
Sara Stiel placed 28th with a two-run time of 1:44.10.
The 2026 NCAA Skiing Championships will wrap up Saturday (Mar. 14) with Nordic action from the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center. The final day features a 20k Freestyle mass start with the women beginning at 8:30 a.m. MT. followed by the men a 10:15 a.m. MT. All the action will be streamed live on NCAA.com.
