ABOUT VERMONTThe Catamounts own a 7-2 record on the year and now have at least seven victories in 12 consecutive seasons under head coach 
Gerry Cournoyer. Vermont has registered wins over New Hampshire, Siena, Maine, Boston College, CCSU, Merrimack and Bryant. Its only losses this season have come against Wagner and versus Northeastern last time out.
 
This past Saturday, the Catamounts dropped a 175-117 decision at Northeastern despite winning four events on the afternoon. UVM took the top five spots in the 100 back, led by 
Jess Gorham (1:01.77), 
Elena Melloni (1:01.89) and 
Estee Dilli (1:05.14). The Cats also registered the top three finishes in the 200 IM, with 
Alexy Novelli (2:18.18) taking gold and 
Lauren Punger (2:20.21) and Dilli (2:21.88) finishing second and third, respectively.
 
Freshman distance swimmer 
Kelly Lennon notched a first-place showing in the 1000 free (10:37.68), and Vermont's 'A' relay squad earned the top time in the 200 free relay (1:39.15) to cap off the Catamounts' other victories at the meet.
 
CATAMOUNT SENIORSKatie AdamsAdams, a team captain, has been one of UVM's top performers in freestyle events throughout her career, and was part of a relay squad that currently holds the varsity record in the 400 free relay. Adams also owns top-five times in program history in the 100 free and 200 IM.
 
Estee DilliDilli has played a key role in backstroke and individual medley events throughout her four years with the program. Last season, she posted top-five times among UVM swimmers in three different events.
 
Ilsa FeierabendFeierabend, a team captain this season, owns top-five times in program history in both backstroke events, and she was also part of a relay team that owns the varsity record in the 400 medley relay. Last season, she earned all-conference honors at the America East Championships after posting a top-three finish in the 200 back.
 
Ashley MitsonMitson has been a key contributor in butterfly events throughout her four years at UVM. The Southfield, Michigan native owns the fourth-fastest time in program history in the 100 fly.
 
Samantha RussoRusso, a team captain in each of the last two seasons, has been one of Vermont's top divers during her time with the Catamounts. Last season she earned the team's Most Improved Diver Award.
 
ABOUT RHODE ISLANDThe Rams sit at 5-3-1 on the year after swimming to a draw with Wagner this past Saturday. Lauren Folkert collected victories in both the 200 free (1:56.41) and 200 back (2:08.08) to lead the way for URI. The Rams also took the top three spots in the 100 back, with Hannah Homans taking gold in 59.08. Prior to their meet with Wagner, the Rams dropped decisions to George Washington and UMass in the Rhode Island Invitational. Folkert paced the squad once again, claiming first-place times in the 100 (59.17) and 200 (2:07.93) backstroke events.
