BOSTON – University of Vermont junior captain Emily Murphy earned America East Diver of the Week accolades for the third time in 2019-20 for her performance on the boards in Vermont's home meet against Bryant (Nov. 16).

Murphy took first in both the one-meter and three-meter dives with respective scores of 221.62 and 223.34. It marks the third time she has swept both dives in a meet this season and fourth win on the three-meter board in 19-20.
 
In her career, Murphy has received diver of the week recognition six times. She earned the honor twice as a freshman and once as a sophomore last season.
 
Murphy and the Catamounts close the fall semester with the three-day Harold Anderson Invitational at Tootell Aquatic Center at the University of Rhode Island. The three-day invitational begins Friday (Nov. 22) and continues through Sunday (Nov. 24).
