JACKSON, N.H. –
Anna Bizyukova was the Catamounts top finisher on day two of the 2021 NCAA Skiing Championships earning Second Team All-American honors in the 5k Classic from the Jackson Nordic Center. After the second day of competition Vermont is in sixth place with 151 points, after a dominant day Utah holds the overall lead with 319 points.

Bizyukova earned All-American honors for the third time in her career placing eighth overall Thursday afternoon. She finished the 5k Classic in a time of 16:40.2, earning 23 team points for UVM. Utah's Sydney Palmer-Leger led a Utes sweep of the top three places with a time of 15:50.7. UVM's
Lina Sutro placed 18th overall with a mark of 17:27.5. In her NCAA Championship debut sophomore
Waverly Gebhardt placed 29th for UVM with a time of 18:28.9.
