COACH'S QUOTE
"We had many noteworthy performances today; along with a lot places to get better," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "The men getting a team win was great; and I thought Bill's 600 was especially good amongst the winning performances we had. Jake getting a couple victories in the long sprints on the flat track speaks to his strength and consistency. For the women, Jane's first sub-5 mile was another tremendous wire-to-wire victory this season. She'll be even faster on the banked tracks and with some people to chase in the weeks ahead. Gabby is getting better every week and looked strong at the end of that 400."
