COACH'S QUOTE
"That was Vermont lacrosse right there – that's what we strive to play like every weekend," head coach
Chris Feifs said. "Bryant's a tough team and we have a lot of respect for them so we knew it wasn't going to be easy but it's nice to be on the winning side of this matchup this year and we still have a lot of room for growth."
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Colin Sharkey got the Cats on the board two minutes into the first quarter on a feed from Nick Alviti. It was Sharkey's first career goal.

- Brock Haley scored twice in the second quarter as Vermont outscored the Bulldogs 4-2 to take an 8-3 lead into the halftime break.
- Ryan Cornell made six saves over the first 30 minutes.
- The second half saw more of the same as Vermont continued to pour it on offensively. McConvey converted three more time and Limoges buried two more before Jake Harrington found his first UVM goal to make it 14-4.
