BOSTON – Clare Kelly set a new a personal record in the 5000-meter run en route to a victory to headline the day for Vermont track & field. The Vermont women competed at the UMass Lowell Invite at the Track at New Balance. The UVM men were in action at Boston University's Terrier Classic.

UMASS LOWELL INVITE
- Kelly raced to a time of 17:40.48 en route to her victory in the 5000-meter run. The sophomore bested her previous personal record by 17.6 seconds.
- Lauren Triarsi recorded a fifth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.92 seconds, which is her fastest mark of the season. Triarsi also placed 10th in the high jump with a mark of 1.60 meters. Kayla Myers was 18th with a mark of 1.55 meters.
- Andie Cornish placed fifth in the 1000-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:58.28.
- Charlotte Crum was sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.62, which was also a personal-best mark and the fastest by a Catamount this season.
- Hope Tyska was eighth in the women's mile with a personal-best time of 5:14.72. Tyska also logged a personal-best time of 3:11.48 in the 1000-meter run for 20th place.
- Rachel Barba ran a time of 1:22.00 in the 500-meter dash for a personal record and a ninth-place finish.
- Carolena Bellini logged a 10th-place finish in the long jump with a mark of 5.25 meters, tying her longest mark of the season.
- Alina Staten recorded a personal-best mark of 10:33.17 to place 12th in the 3000-meter run.
TERRIER CLASSIC
- Kevin Mills recorded a second-place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.90 meters. Pierce DeBoer placed sixth with a mark of 1.85 meters.
- Chike Asanya ran a time of 22.63 seconds in the 200-meter dash to place 38th in the competition.
- Alex Siaton logged a 400-meter time of 50.96 seconds for 58th place.
- Cameron Kirn was 65th in the 800-meter run with a mark of 1:56.83. Zane Reservitz recorded a time of 1:57.10 for 71st.
- Kenneth Morrissey ran Vermont's top mark in the mile, recording a personal-best time of 4:15.87.
