COACH'S QUOTE
"Today was the kind of day that shows that the hard work is starting to pay off. Like any day with dozens of performances there wasn't success for all, but it was exciting to see some great marks," said head coach
Matt Belfield. "Dillon's 4:11 mile is a UVM top-10 performance and he continues to execute outstanding races. Other mile personal bests shows that things are working with that group for sure. Over at NB, the women's 3k had several fantastic marks, with Lily just missing the sub-10:00. Rachel's mile, Heidi's 800 and Gabby's 200 also stood out as impressive today."
