BURLINGTON, Vt. – Mayer Women's Basketball Head Coach
Alisa Kresge announced the addition of Lindsay Werner as an Assistant Coach Wednesday afternoon.
"We're very excited to have Lindsay joining our staff as she is someone, I've always been a big fan of as a player and have admired her growth as an assistant coach," said Mayer Women's Basketball Head Coach
Alisa Kresge. "Her energy, knowledge, and passion for the game are extremely evident and she will be a great asset to our program."
Werner comes to Vermont after serving as the assistant coach at New Hampshire since August 2022.
Prior to joining the Wildcats, she served as an Assistant Coach at Harvard University for three seasons, starting in July 2019. Before joining the Crimson's staff, she was a four-year letter winner at Merrimack College where she earned two All-Conference NE10 selections and set the Merrimack career record for three pointers made with 190. Werner also ended her career with 1,120 points which ranks 18th all-time in program history.

Werner a Groton, Massachusetts native, graduated from Merrimack with her bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2019.
