Mathias Loiselle was named Hockey East Player of the Week on Monday, November 2. Loiselle scored back-to-back game-winners in UVM's weekend sweep of UNH. He scored on a penalty shot in the third period Friday and then in three-on-three overtime on Saturday. He leads the Catamounts this season in scoring with five points. Saturday was his first career multi-point game, he had one goal and two assists. Loiselle is the second Catamount this season to be named Player of the Week after
Jacob Oster earned the honor two weeks ago.
OSTER HAD AN OCTOBER TO REMEMBER

Jacob Oster made his collegiate debut Oct. 16 in a 2-1 win over No. 14 Boston University. He stopped 56 of the 59 shots he faced that weekend in two games with the Terriers earning Hockey East Player of the Week honors on Oct. 19. Oster has made six straight starts for Vermont; he currently has a 1.64 GAA and .941 save percentage. His GAA is 21st in the NCAA and save percentage is 23rd. He is one of two goalies in the league with three or more conference wins.

Dean Letourneau scored his first career game-winner on Friday night; he leads the Eagles in scoring this season with five goals and five assists. He's currently on a seven-game point streak. Vermont and Boston College will be meeting for the 85th and 86th time this week at Conte Forum. BC holds a 56-19-8 lead in the all-time series. However, UVM did win the last matchup in historic fashion.
