BURLINGTON, Vt. – The Vermont Catamounts will host a community skate to kick off the 2019 Delta Hotel Burlington / TD Bank Catamount Cup at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 27.
 
Captains from Vermont, Providence, and Union will be on the ice at Gutterson Fieldhouse from 6 to 7 p.m. to skate with fans.

Friday night's skate is presented by TD Bank and will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Vermont. There is a suggested donation of $5 per skater to support the Boys and Girls Club.
 
All youth in attendance receive a free game voucher to either Friday or Saturday games. Anyone entering the ice must have skates and a helmet. Skates and helmets will not be available to rent.
 
UVM hosts Providence, Lake Superior State, and Union in the 2019 holiday tournament. Providence and Lake Superior State square off at 4 p.m. before Vermont and Union take the ice at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday (Dec. 28).
 
On Sunday (Dec. 29), Providence and Union play at 4 p.m. with Vermont and Lake Superior State closing out the tournament at 7:05 p.m.
