Anna Bizyukova and first-year
Jacob Nystedt led the Catamounts with two EISA wins Friday in the 15k Skate from the Eagle Mountain House in Jackson, New Hampshire. Vermont took four of the six podium spots on the day.

The women's race was first on Friday and the Catamount duo of Bizyukova and
Lina Sutro had the fastest 5k time in each of the three laps. Bizyukova placed first overall with a time of 38:16.6. Sutro came in second 14.1 seconds later. First year
Libby Tuttle was the Catamounts final scorer of the day placing sixth overall with a time of 39:45. Fellow first-year Annie
Annie McColgan also earned a top-10 finish placing seventh overall (40:14).
Nystedt earned his first career EISA win in the 15k Skate with a time of 33:30.4. All three of his 5k laps were the fastest in the field, with the second lap being his best mark of the day at 10:50.7.
Matias Øvrum placed second overall for Vermont with a time of 33:55.3. First-year
Bjorn Westervelt was the Catamounts final scorer finishing fourth overall with a time of 34:27.9.
Greg Burt made it four Catamounts in the top-five with his time of 35:13.3.
The Nordic team is scheduled to return to EISA action next Friday as the men's and women's teams will compete in a 10k Classic from Sleepy Hollow in Huntington, Vt. The alpine team is scheduled to compete Thursday and Friday next week in GS races from Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid, N.Y.
