Reagan Miller were honored by Hockey East Thursday afternoon as they announced their first set of postseason honors.

Schafzahl was formally announced as the winner of two statistical awards as the league's top scorer and PNC Bank Three Stars Award winner. In just 21 league games Schafzahl scored 21 goals and added 18 assists for 39 points. She is the first Catamount to lead Hockey East in scoring in men's or women's hockey. The senior forward accumulated the highest total of points from first, second, and third star accolades during Hockey East league games over the course of the regular season.
Holmes, a graduate forward, became the second Catamount in program history to be honored as the Best Defensive Forward. The center of UVM's dominant top line was a +25 this season. Her 239 faceoff wins was fifth in Hockey East this season. She also blocked 23 shots for the Catamounts, most of any forward on the team. Erin Wente '13 earned the honor following the 2012-13 campaign.
Poulin-Labelle became the first Catamount to be named Best Defenseman. She shared the honor with Northeastern defender Skylar Fontaine. She ranked third amongst all NCAA defenseman with 34 points (13G, 21 A) in 32 games. She was named Hockey East Defender of the Month in December and January. She also set a program record with six points in a single game at Holy Cross on January 18.
Miller became the seventh Catamount in program history to be named to the Pro Ambitions All-Rookie Team. In 21 games this season she had five goals and three assists for eight points. All but one of her assists came in Hockey East play. She had a goal and an assist in UVM's 6-2 win over tenth-ranked UConn on January 8.
Hockey East will announce the 2021-22 All-Star Teams tomorrow, Friday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. ahead of the quarterfinals. The league will then announce finalists for the Player, Rookie, and Coach of the Year awards on Monday, February 28 at 11:00 a.m. The winners of those awards will then be revealed prior to the semifinals on Wednesday, March 2.
Vermont hosts the seven-seed Providence in the Hockey East Quarterfinals Saturday at noon. It is the third time in program history the Catamounts have hosted a Hockey East playoff game.
