COACH'S QUOTE
"We outperformed our seeding this weekend," head coach
Matt Belfield said. "The women did so by a fair amount, so you have to be pleased with that team aspect. School records are hard to come by, Sonia's 400 time was certainly a highlight today. She has become a great big meet performer. I thought Bill and Brennan were especially good in their respective races, getting big points with fast times in crowded fields. A lot of rookies got valuable experience this weekend; some making unexpected contributions too. Overall, I thought we fought really hard for points today and I am just so very impressed with how we are taking on the Goliath's of the league."
