SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced the field for the 2024 Tip-Off, which features the Vermont men's basketball team. The showcase will take place on November 23 & 24 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
 
"We're excited to be back at the Mohegan Sun," Cioffi Men's Basketball Head Coach John Becker said. "We've had a great relationship with the Hall of Fame and the Mohegan Sun and we look forward to getting back down there. There are four really good teams, so it will be a great neutral-site event. We're really looking forward to our games against Fairfield and Delaware."

The Catamounts will be playing at Mohegan Sun Arena for the eighth time in program history. Vermont last played at there in 2022, when they faced Rick Pitino's Iona Gaels.
 
UVM will begin the showcase against former America East member Delaware on November 23. The Catamounts last faced the Blue Hens in 2009. Vermont will then face Fairfield for the 11th time in series history on November 24. TJ Long will matchup against his former team for the first time in his career. Yale rounds out the field.
 
Tickets for the 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off will go on sale Friday, September 6, via Ticketmaster and on sale at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office starting Saturday, September 7.
